We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT
only, please order carefully. We don't accept returns in Health, Personal Care
and Grocery category due to liability, sanitation and health reasons. Once these
items leave our warehouse, we consider them used and non-resalable.
In case of a
manufacturer defect, returns should be handled using the manufacturer's
policies. In many cases the product should be returned to the manufacturer per
packaged instructions. In case manufacturers don't handle returns and exchanges
for defective items, we will exchange or refund the defective items within 30
days from the delivery date. The refund, returns and exchange policy will vary
based on vendor or product category. Refund or exchange will not be processed if
returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA will be issued with
associated return shipping address upon request. We strongly recommend that
you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery
for your protection. Please remember to keep your tracking number. Refund will
be processed for credit within 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt of
returned merchandise.
Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. If there is
postage due associated with the refused or returned package, it will be deducted
from the refund amount. Unapproved returns will be subject to 20% restocking
fee. If products shipped free during promotion, customer will be liable for
outbound and return shipping charges. Cancellation: Request should be made prior
to shipping. Once order has shipped, we cannot honor the cancellation request.
Due to the high volume of orders we may be unable to cancel all orders before
they ship, please order carefully. Unwanted Returns: Unwanted product returns
will be subject up to 20% restocking fee and must have a RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number.
Merchandise must be in the unused condition only with all
packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Refused Delivery and Undeliverable: Returns falling under this category will be treated as Unwanted
Returns, consequently they will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer
will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of
refusing the delivery. Consequently, a refund will be issued less 20% restocking
fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both
ways if there is. This term applies to all categories. Shipping damage and
incorrect item received must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will
issue a RMA upon claim approval. A refund or exchange will be processed upon
receipt of returned goods.
