The sizing chart wasn't as accurate as i thought. The shipping took at least two weeks. When i got it i tried it on and it wasn't as tight as i liked it. I ordered a small since my waist size is a 26 but it fit a little loose. It does do its job but it doesn't give me the look that i wanted. It also shows the brackets when you put a shirt over it. It kind of looks like you have had your stomach cut open. Another con about this product is once your wearing it, the back of it rides up and it makes your arch on your back look distorted.

I product would have worked better, I think, if I had ordered
one a couple inches smaller than my waist size, because it was
too big, thus not doing the job it was supposed to.

Rago #821 which is smooth and has no garters, and #21 which is lacy and has removable garters.
I've ordered twice from this product page, and got a different type each time (checked links from my order history). Worked out fine for me, but since I don't know which one I'd get this time, I ordered (#21) from another site (3 different sizes, going down, quite possibly related to the use of this product).

I read that this cincher didn't work for larger ladies but that person is totally wrong. IF you are trying to go from an 18 to a 10...ok, that can't be done. But if you just want to take an inch or two off of your middle and firm it all up...then this is the product to buy. I went down a bit more than one size and that was enough to get me into the wedding dress of my dreams.
I bought a size smaller than they measured because the "proper" size was too big and too easy to get on. (returning it was a breeze) The next size down gave me a fight getting it on but did the job without discomfort. In fact after a few minutes I was totally comfortable in it. Excellent product!!!

I recently gave birth and like many new moms I have the infamous muffin top. I ordered the XS cincher and my ordered came well before the estimated delivery date, however when it arrived I noticed that the cincher was lace instead of satin as the photo shown in the advertisement. Despite this one problem the cincher did fit really well. And it did hold in my mini pouch. Which is the only reason I did not return it. That and because I did not want to go through the hassle of mailing items back and forth with the company
In the future I plan on ordering the satin cincher if I can find one, but will order it from somewhere other than HerRoom
