 Worth the price and tasty. Stable blood sugarMay 03, 2010
Well I don't have a weight issue, but I do get hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). I bought these for that and they've definitely helped. They taste great too! These are definitely a healthy way to get a satisfying snack and maintain a healthy blood sugar for me. I found out about Kashi bars from speaking with my Dr. about hypoglycemia and the definitely helped. Will be ordering more. They're not cheap, but look at the ingredients. Highly recommended.

I just lost 25lbs and was looking for some nutritious bars for on-the-go. Since I heard great things about Kashi, decided to try this one....was too sweet!!! Carefully looking at the back, realized it contains 13-18 grams of sugars. So, now I returned this variety pack and got Kashi's TLC Chewy Nutri bars. I love them! So, those of you who are looking for some lean, helpful diet bar, check the back of the package and find something that works for you! I just cannot eat "super sweet" stuff. this one, I just couldn't take no more than two bites... Good luck!

I play tennis @5 times a week and am 59yr. Often I will play 2 times a day with about 2 to 3 hours between matches. The Kashi bars provide me with the energy to keep my energy level up to a competiteve level. The bars are unlike any of the many others I have tried. They have less sugar and are high enough in carbs to allow me to have a high level of energy without the sugar high and drop as in other high performance products.

I am a BIG fan of the Kashi GOLEAN Crunch bars. They are filling, nutritious and tasty. Since I eat one everyday for breakfast, I thought I would venture online to try to get a better deal than at the grocery store. The best deal I found (including shipping cost) was here at Amazon, so I ordered them. Of course the next day I happen to be at the grocery store and notice that the very same bars are ON SALE and cost $0.99 each!! I bought them all! Then a few days later my Amazon shipment arrived. Every bar tastes a little stale and the chocolate coating has been melted off into the wrapper. While I am sure they aren't expired or dangerous to eat, there just isn't the same crunch and chocolatey flavor that I love so much. I will not be ordering them from Amazon again. I prefer to take my chances on getting sale prices at the Grocery!
