These kick in much faster than the non gel versions. Really love this product and the price is great.
A great value for a name-brandFeb 27, 2010
Advil is a good pain reliever and fever reducer to keep on hand. If you have a family, or you simply use it regularly, this is a good size to have on hand so that you don't run out quickly. I find the liqui-gels work faster and are more effective for me. With 240 tablets and shipping with Amazon Prime, this is a good value and even beats out generics. A fantastic buy on a fantastic product.

 Warning - Contains SorbitolApr 01, 2009
If you're like me and have a bad reaction to the ingredient sorbitol, then be warned Advil Liqui-Gels do contain sorbitol. I'm a big fan of ibuprofen for aches and sore muscles and decided to try these liqui gels. While I do find them to work well on the aches, the reaction caused by the sorbitol was more than I could deal with.
I don't understand why so many products contain sorbitol, but if you experience stomach and intestinal issues check the products you use and see if they contain sorbitol.

I much prefer Advil Liqui-Gels to other pain relief pills. They work a lot faster than hard pills because the gel casing dissolves quickly in your stomach and releases the medication immediately. I also like that they don't leave some nasty aftertaste in the back of my throat after I swallow them. They work best at relieving the tension headaches I get from time to time, so I always keep some on hand at the office. If you want a fast acting pain reliever, these are a great option.

I think the liquid gels work better and faster than the other advil products. Advil is the only pain reliever I use.
