The product works very, very good for regularity... I've given some to my sister-n-law.. And they worked good for her too.. Thanks....

Serving size of 6 capsules? It's a little insane. Also, this has both soluble and insoluble fiber. I like Fiber One a lot more.

My wife has just completed the two bottles she bought as a trial and is now reordering. She has IBS and the 5 capsules a day that she takes have done a good job for her. Previously she used Metamucil, but this is equally effective at a better price.
